He sees the low prevalence of #potentialanalysis in Germany as a missed opportunity. Previous experience should not be the only criterion to conclude performance and success.

He says, “Whether #potential can be unlocked depends on a great many environmental factors.” In his role as a professor, he sees it as his job to address the “can do” and the “want to do” of his students so that they can reach their full potential. The best way to do this is for them to take action themselves, for example in the context of projects or internships.
