BLUQUIST starts an academic research project with the ESB Business School.

With this research project we foster the knowledge transfer between academic research and business practice. The aim of this project is to further develop the features of our platform in the field of “matching” on the basis of research findings and to create added value in close cooperation with our customers.

Since we are continuously developing in the area of people analytics, BLUQUIST builds partnerships with experts from both academia and business in order to validate our modules.

In Prof. Dr. Tobias Schütz from the ESB Business School, we have an experienced partner to enable this knowledge exchange and to work on topics that are also important for the university’s partner companies.
