In our open seats leadership workshops you get to know yourself better with the help of talent analytics, exchange ideas with other leaders on leadership topics, and expand your network. In small groups, you work together to develop the leadership tools that are right for you. The workshops take place in a great location in Berlin or Hamburg, or remotely if desired.

In this workshop you will learn more about personalities and you get to know yourself and your individual personality better. The following questions will be addressed in this workshop

Authentic communication
In this workshop it is about how you communicate with others and how you are perceived by others. You will learn how to communicate appreciatively in different conversations and with different stakeholders while remaining authentically yourself.
