Research and development project for AI-based employee potential measureing and recommendations

With this project, bluquist aims to develop an IT system that supports organizations in employee-centric leadership and development.

The goal of the project is the research-based implementation of an AI algorithm to generate recommendations based on employee potential data.

The research project is funded by the ProFIT funding program through the Investment Bank of the State of Brandenburg (ILB) and through the Ministry of Economics, Labor and Energy of the State of Brandenburg (MWAE) from the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE).
