Depending on your strengths and interests, you will work on the following topics:
Conducting data analyses, evaluating and preparing data
Researching scientific results on personnel and organizational development (e.g. positive psychology, psychological safety in teams, change management)
Preparation of and participation in workshops, presentations, and meetings
Close cooperation with our potential engineering and development team
Planning and execution of your own sub-projects in the area of People Analytics
You have already completed the modules Diagnostics (including diagnostic internship), Differential Psychology and, ideally, Test Theory, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and Multivariate Methods in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Psychology
You are quick on the uptake, have an affinity for numbers and data, and like to develop new ideas
You are familiar with common statistical programs (e.g. SPSS, R, Python)
Bonus: you have already independently analyzed large data sets, e.g. with regression analyses, multivariate analyses, factor analyses, or multilevel analyses
